DOES IT HURT?
Everybody is different when it comes to pain tolerance. Some people find the tattoo application enjoyable. But when considering how painful a tattoo will be, placement is one of the most important factors. Tattoos on your hands and feet tend to be more painful than on your arms or legs but you will be surprised how much less painful your tattoo experience will be than you expected.
What is your Deposit Policy?
We require a deposit for all booked appointments, this is applied to the cost of your tattoo (on the final appointment if multiple sittings) and holds your appointment time. Our deposits typically run anywhere from $100 to $300 depending on the tattoo. The deposit is not the total price of the tattoo.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact your artist directly.
Once an appointment is canceled and not rescheduled the deposit is forfeited. Completely changing a design (that costs an artist to lose appointment times that were held or changing content after a consult) will also forfeit a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Do you do cover-ups?
Yes, cover-ups require a in person consultation.
When can I see the design for my tattoo?
We do not send out any designs before the day of the tattoo. On the day of appointment changes may be made if necessary. However, we recommend giving your artist as much creative freedom as possible to give you the best tattoo possible.
Do you take Walk-Ins?
Yes, we are more than happy to accommodate walk-ins. However, if you want a larger or more intricate tattoo, your artist will ask that you leave a deposit and give them some time to prepare for it adequately. Keep in mind that the deposit is taken from the overall price of the tattoo, and it guarantees your appointment with the artist.
Do you accept
credit/ debit cards?
Yes, we take both cash and accept all major credit cards. Zelle and Venmo as well.
Should I tip my artist?
Yes. Tips are always welcome as a sign of appreciation to your artist. Tips range anywhere from 20%-30% or more, but ultimately it is entirely up to the client on how much they want to or can afford to tip.
How do I care for my tattoo?
Your Artist will wrap the tattoo, when you get home, remove the wrap and clean the tattoo with unscented bacterial soap and apply a thin layer of the ointment provided. Repeat the process 3-5 times a day until the tattoo starts to peel. After peeling beings apply a thin layer of non-scented lotion to the tattoo 3-5 times a day.
Saniderm instructions: leave the Sandier on for 3-5 days then remove slowly under warm water. Apply non-scented lotion 3-5 times a day until the tattoo finishes peeling.
Do not swim or expose the tattoo to sunlight until the healing process is completed.
Can I bring my friends, family or pets?
We have limited space in our studio so please be mindful of bringing guests. Please keep your furry friends at home.
Should I arrive early for my tattoo appointment?
Please do not! Your artist is busy preparing for your appointment. If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your appointment time.
