At our Synthetic Dreams Tattoo Gallery, we’re committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for every client.
To help us maintain that standard and respect both your time and our artists’ time. Please review the following policies before your appointment.
By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Deposit & Appointment Policy
A deposit is required to book and hold your tattoo appointment.
This deposit goes toward the total cost of your tattoo and will be applied on your final session if your tattoo requires multiple sessions.
Deposits typically range from $100–$300, depending on the tattoo.
Please note that the deposit is not the total price of the tattoo.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact your artist directly.
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule without losing your deposit.
Same-day cancellations will result in a lost deposit.
Once an appointment is canceled and not rescheduled, the deposit is forfeited.
Completely changing your design or concept after your consultation may also result in forfeiture.

If you no-call/no-show, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be transferred to another appointment. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
Multiple no-shows may result in being unable to book future services.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Design Policy
All custom artwork remains the property of the artist.
Designs are not released prior to your appointment.
Minor adjustments can be made at the artist’s discretion, but major redesigns may require a new deposit or additional consultation.

Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients who are more than 20 minutes late may lose their appointment and forfeit their deposit.

Touch-Ups
One complimentary touch-up may be offered at your artist’s discretion within 3 months of your original appointment.
Missed or canceled touch-up appointments will forfeit this offer.
Touch-ups needed due to poor aftercare, sun exposure, or client negligence will incur an additional charge.

Age & ID
You must be 18 years or older with a valid, government-issued photo ID to receive a tattoo.
Texas state law does not allow parents or guardians to sign for minors to receive tattoos - no exceptions.

Additional Guests
To maintain a calm, focused environment, only one guest may accompany each client. Guests must remain with the client and respect the workspace at all times.
No pets are allowed, except for legitimate service animals as defined by the ADA.Emotional support animals are not permitted.
No minors are allowed in the studio — no exceptions.
Health & Safety
Please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have recently been sick, are sunburned, or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Arriving in these conditions may result in your appointment being rescheduled and your deposit forfeited.
